Returns: We do not offer returns for diamond top-up purchases. Once the diamonds have been added to your account, we are unable to retrieve them.
Refunds: We will only offer refunds in the following situations:
- If we are unable to complete your diamond top-up purchase for any reason, we will issue a full refund.
- If you have been double charged for a diamond top-up purchase, we will issue a refund for the duplicate charge.
- If there is an issue with the diamonds that you have received, such as a technical error, we will investigate the issue and issue a refund if appropriate.
To request a refund, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of your purchase. We will need your order details, including your order number and the reason for the refund request. Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
Please note that refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to process, depending on your payment method.
